The returning officers reported the results to the annual general meeting this evening where the successful candidates were John Girvan and Judith Jones (sitting Board members) and Ron Pratt and Christine Simpson (new directors who have previous experience on the Board). The experience these four individuals will bring to the Board is outstanding and we very much look forward to working with them.
Grant Mayer, CEO, would like to thank retiring Board members Adam Glenn and Paul Kristoris for their contribution to the Board and also thank all candidates who nominated in the election this year.
