Executive Chef, Mark Cooper, has curated this beautiful sit down luncheon to support and raise awareness of Adelaide Hills producers and suppliers who were devastated by bushfires earlier this year. This luncheon will showcase the best produce the region has on offer in a bid to promote the Adelaide Hills as “OPEN FOR BUSINESS”.
It’s widely known that the Adelaide Hills has some of Australia’s best cool-climate wines, food and produce, straight from nature’s top shelf. Whether it’s delicious handmade cheeses, cured meats, organic fruit, vegetables and chocolate, the Adelaide Hills region boasts some fantastic local flavours.
The Adelaide Hills has awakened as a culinary destination and this Autumns Racing Carnival we are bringing the Hills to Morphettville.
The luncheon will be hosted by a local Adelaide personality, and will provide you an afternoon of trackside hospitality and entertainment.
