Registration for Attendance

Each Owner named in the Race Book or Members of Syndicates with a share in a horse running on the day PLUS a guest will be entitled to free entry to Morphettville Racecourse on the day that their horse is running.

All owners must register their attendance prior to the raceday to access the Racecourse.   An email is sent to owners once acceptances have been finalised that will include a link to register attendance.  There will also be a link put up on the raceday page once acceptances have been finalised.  CLICK HERE TO SELECT THE RACEDAY

Owners can access EITHER the Diva Lounge or the Level 2 Member’s Area*.  Please be aware that there is a strict dress code for Level 2 Member’s Area CLICK HERE TO SEE DRESS CODE

If you would like to bring additional guests, they will need to purchase a General Admission ticket, which will grant access to the Diva Lounge, but NOT the Member’s area.

Pat Glennon Winners Lounge

The Pat Glennon Winners Lounge will be open to celebrate the winning horses. This will be dedicated to the winning syndications only upon presentation of your race number ticket. It will not be a congregational area for trainers and their staff.  Maximum capacity in this bar is 30 patrons at a time.

Members who are owners of a horse running on the day are permitted to access the Pat Glennon Winners Lounge if their horse wins.

To access the Pat Glennon Winners Lounge from Diva Lounge, you will need to walk up the stairs on the Diva Patio and walk across the grandstand of Level 1 following the directional signage. To access from Level 2 Members Area or Restaurant 1873, you will need to walk down the stairs in Pharlap East.

Our staff and Security personnel will be on hand to answer any questions and to help you make your way through the venue.  Please note that there is a maximum capacity of 45 people at any given time in line with our Covid Management Plan as directed by SA Health.

Mounting Yard

Under the advice of Racing SA and restrictions imposed by SA Health, owners are reminded that access to the Mounting Yard is restricted to essential race day and SAJC staff only.

Access to the eastern side of the Mounting Yard is available to owners wishing to be closer to their horses and the participants.

Management reserves the right to adjust these privileges to accommodate the anticipated needs of specific races as it may deem necessary, notwithstanding any safety considerations that must be maintained.

Becoming A Racehorse Owner

You may be interested in becoming a horse owner, or part of a syndicate with your friends, but unsure of how to. You don’t need any experience – but enthusiasm for horse racing is a must, as is the ability to support your racehorse through losses and wins.
