The countdown is on for the 2026 Spring Carnival at Morphettville, with South Australia’s spring racing celebration expanding to six spectacular race days this year. 

The 2026 Spring Carnival at Morphettville will open with Caulfield Guineas Day on Saturday, 10 October, delivering an additional day of racing, entertainment and hospitality for 2026. 

With six race days now on the calendar, there are more opportunities than ever to experience the excitement, fashion, entertainment and hospitality that make Morphettville a must-visit destination. 

What to Expect  

Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Club Lago, which makes its Morphettville return after a successful debut last year.  

Inspired by the elegance of Lake Como, Club Lago made an immediate impact, blending music, fashion, and elevated hospitality to create an unforgettable experience. 

You can also elevate your Club Lago raceday with our VIP Lounges and VIP Cabanas. 

The popular CC Giddy Up Club returns, and you already know what’s coming. Iconic vibes, unbeatable atmosphere and high energy all day The Everest, Cox Plate, Victoria Derby and Melbourne Cup Days. 

Dining at the Winning Post Restaurant delivers an elevated raceday experience, with guests treated to a four-course luncheon, beverage on arrival and racecourse entry across all days of the 2026 Spring Racing Carnival at Morphettville.  

Those choosing the Winning Post Restaurant Premium option will also receive a race book for each guest plus premium seating with Winning Post views.  

For guests wanting to soak up the excitement trackside, the Champions Balcony combines lively atmosphere with sweeping views, complemented by a three-course luncheon and a five-hour beverage package.

Melbourne Cup Day is set to be the biggest day of the 2026 Spring Carnival at Morphettville, headlined by the return of the exclusive Penfolds First Class Lounge.
