Steven Clark has joined Morphettville Racecourse as Executive Chef.
We are please to welcome award-winning Chef Steven Clark to the kitchen as Morphettville’s new Executive Chef.
Steven will oversee our world-class culinary team as we continue to grow our functions and events offering in line with the redevelopment of on-course facilities at Morphettville.
He joins us following seven years at the National Wine Centre where he held a number of senior roles, most recently as Food and Beverage Manager. Under his guidance, the venue received a number of prestigious accolades, with Steven himself awarded Chef of the Year at the 2020 Restaurant and Catering Awards. We are delighted to have a Chef of Steven’s calibre leading our kitchens.
