Morphettville Racecourse is proud to be South Australia’s largest and premier racing club, playing host to more than 40 days of racing action throughout the year at Morphettville Racecourse. Our employees are spread throughout Hospitality, Events, Administration, Operations, and the Club’s external entertainment venue – The Junction.
It’s an exciting time here at Morphettville, with growth across our hospitality and functions teams ahead of a major transformation of our venue – our fully refurbished Winning Post restaurant and members area, and the recent launch of our new Events Centre.
The Opportunity
With the Spring Racing Carnival just around the corner, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team in a casual capacity.
There are a variety of casual positions available in a wide variety of positions, perfect for someone looking for supplementary work OR an established food & beverage superstar looking to grow their hospitality career:
- Week-day functions, conferences & events
- Our buzzing feature race-days and weekend/public holiday functions & events
- Café style food & barista service and bar work
- Fine dining restaurant service
- Outdoor pop-up bars
- Furniture & event set-up

Your role will include
• Providing high quality customer service to our members and guests.
• Delivering exceptional food and beverage service.
• Working in a diverse range of hospitality environments such as - bar, restaurant, functions.
• Collaborating with our kitchen and hospitality teams to deliver the Morphettville experience.

What you will bring to the team
• A passion for delivering exceptional food and beverage service.
• Ability to use initiative.
• Professional attitude and presentation.
• Demonstration of our values of Be Real, We Are One, We Own It and We Create.
• A National Police Check is required
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate is required, if 18 years and over.
• Food Safety Qualification/Certificate.
