Reciprocal privileges with other clubs

Being an SAJC member means additional privileges at other leading racing and sporting clubs.

There is more to being an SAJC Member than all the exclusive privileges you enjoy at Morphettville Racecourse. A reciprocal right is the ability to enjoy membership privileges with major interstate and some international racing clubs. This includes Clubs like Victoria Racing Club (Flemington Racecourse), Australian Turf Club, Brisbane Racing Club, Perth Racing, and many more.

Reciprocal rights are established by each Club, and limitations may apply on major race days and at select racing carnivals, under the following conditions:

• SAJC member to pay racecourse admission
• Member to present current full membership card at the secretary’s or race day office of the host club
• Interstate clubs may charge for reciprocal members enclosure tickets at their feature meetings. Visiting members may purchase up to two tickets for most of these meetings
• SAJC members attending non-feature-race meetings may sign in at the reciprocal club and receive one members ticket (charges may apply). They also may purchase one additional ticket for a guest

For International and interstate Club members visiting the SAJC

Please find below for International and Interstate Club members visiting Morphettville Racecourse for the 2022/23 season our reciprocal offering. Reciprocal rights are established by the South Australian Jockey Club (SAJC), and limitations may apply on major race days.

Visitors seeking reciprocal rights with the SAJC will need to provide:

– Interstate Members: current Member’s Card or Member’s Badge and photo ID

– International Members: a letter of introduction from their club and photo ID

Visitors attending on standard race days are required to purchase General Admission tickets. They will then receive a Member for a Day pass which grants access to our exclusive Level 2 Members Area. Access to members exclusive bars, our members grandstand, and other membership privileges are included in this member day pass. The day pass allocated will only be valid for the day of purchase.

For visitors wanting to attend on Major Race Days, Member for a Day passes are available for purchase, please contact Morphettville office for information and pricing.
