2024 Goodwood
The final Autumn Group 1 Racing Carnival is the time honoured Goodwood. It is a staple of the Adelaide Racing Carnival and attracts the best sprinters across Australia.
The most notable winner of The Goodwood is Black Caviar in her penultimate ride in 2012.
Taking out three of the four Group 1’s in 2023, the Ciaron Maher and David Eustace-trained Royal Merchant was steered home by Michael Dee to close out the Carnival.
