Morphettville is pleased to announce the Wolf Blass ‘The Man’ Event Centre will host a special event as part of this year’s Tasting Australia. 

Taste Country: Native Flavours, Local Wines will take place on Saturday, May 16 from 12pm in The Lounge and offers an immersive luncheon experience celebrating Australia’s native ingredients, thoughtfully paired with premium wines from South Australia’s leading wine regions. 

Guests will enjoy a curated menu created by a team of leading local chefs, showcasing native flavours such as finger lime, lemon myrtle, wattleseed, kangaroo, saltbush and quandong, expertly matched with wines from the Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale and Clare Valley. 

This is an 18+ event. Dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, coeliac, shellfish allergy, non-alcoholic and other special requests can be accommodated with prior notice.
