What an amazing Sportsbet Adelaide Cup Day last Monday and a massive congratulations to all concerned at Morphettville.
We back up this Saturday for a 10-race card on the Morphettville Parks track with the rail out six metres from the 1000 metre mark to the winning post and three metres for the remainder of the circuit.
In the opener, the Hahn Handicap (1000m), it’s only a small field but if you like playing multiples I do suggest you include the favourite Never Ordinary in whatever you may be doing.
The Byron Cozamanis-prepared filly was outstanding on debut in the Listed Cinderella Stakes, when running a close second to Rebel Tuesday and she beat the remainder of her rivals out of sight.

There appears to be plenty of value on the day and I am happy to say the following trio will run extremely well on the weekend.
Percidian in the fourth, the Adelaide Galvanising Industries Handicap (1300m), for trainer Mark Lewis and jockey Rochelle Milnes will no doubt settle well back but look for him late.
Tyusix was terrific when third in the recent Port Lincoln Cup and the runner up Just A Brother won at Morphettville on Sportsbet Adelaide Cup Day franking the form. Look out for the six-year-old mare in race seven, The Craig Fitzy’s 60 Fireball Classic Handicap (2275m).
In the last on the card, the Dominant Clean Sweep Handicap (1250m), One More Song is first up after a short break. Despite a tricky draw in barrier 14, she is sure to play a hand in the finish.
