Mounting Yard

We’re pleased to offer Owners a special opportunity to share in the excitement up close, with Mounting Yard access available for up to 30 owners per horse on raceday. This allows you to be part of the action and enjoy a unique perspective as your horse prepares to compete at Morphettville.

  • Mounting Yard Passes can be collected from either the Members or Tramway gates.  This ticket is required if you wish to enter the Mounting Yard to see your horse pre and/or post race as well as to gain entry to the Winners Lounge if your horse wins. Each Mounting Yard pass will be date stamped as it is only valid on the issue date.
  • PLEASE NOTE:  Collection of Mounting Yard Passes from Tramway Gate is only possible prior to 2.00pm.  If you arrive after 2.00pm please collect passes from the Race Day Office, located near the Members Car Park or the Owners Booth at the Members gate (June – August).
  • Under the advice of Racing SA, we are able to allow access to the Mounting Yard to all owners pre and post race.
