June 28, 2025 – A Taste of the Barossa with St Hallett Wines

In partnership with St Hallett Wines, the first instalment of the Winter Wine Series celebrates the bold flavours of the Barossa Valley. Guests will enjoy a hand-selected range of St Hallett wines, expertly paired with a seasonal three-course menu curated by Morphettville Executive Chef, Steven Clark.

Special guest Melissa Dahlitz, St Hallett Brand Ambassador, will share her insights the heritage of the brand, and the passion that goes into every bottle.
